It is important to find the balance between contacting customers regularly enough to retain, inform and provide relevant information whilst minimising the risk of providing too much information, too regularly. We recommend sending at least 4 newsletters a year (quarterly) at the minimum, with once a month being a very popular and effective interval period between newsletters.

We offer two integration options; the basic integration includes a button to sign up to the newsletter. The advance integration includes integrating the sign up process within contact forms, checkout pages and other areas where customers submit information to make it easy for new subscribers to sign up.

Price Notes

The above pricing is a one of setup fee. You will be able to utilise the newsletter system as regularly as you like so long as you continue to host your website with us. There is of course a fair play policy in place and we encourage you not to send newsletters to frequently for best results. If you would like to clarify this please contact us.
